Monica Trego is an empathetic, honest and proactive designer, manager and leader. She approaches design challenges with enthusiasm, a refreshing creative outlook and meticulous attention to detail. Monica enjoys collaborating closely with engineering and product partners to make beautiful, efficient, accessible and functional designs. She communicates clearly and effectively with her colleagues, teammates and direct reports.

Monica’s diverse background in print, marketing, web, app, UI, UX and interactive design means she truly understands the end-to-end customer experience. Her design and technical skills are enhanced by the notable companies she has had the pleasure of working for. Monica has been an in-house designer for Shutterfly, Macy's and Walmart Labs; she has also contracted directly with Amazon and Apple.

Creative

Monica loves to craft with her hands when she is not pushing pixels on her Mac. She expresses her personal creativity through watercolor painting, sketching, photography and designing jewelry.

When she is not creating this artist has quite a few hobbies to explore. Monica enjoys hiking, yoga, biking, running, interior design, fashion, traveling, volunteering, music and growing plants.
